It takes a genuine interest on your business opportunity, from the prospect side, to be moved and take action.
Once they are presented with all the information required for them to understand clearly what the opportunity is about, it is up to them to decide whether or not to take the next step and jump into the bandwagon.
The best you can do is to be readily available to help your referrals and follow them up regularly until they decide not to be contacted anymore, or they cancel their account.
